4349 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station.
185 Old Country Road, Riverhead.
Nassau County officials have asked the company to close four restaurants at:
The Broadway Mall, Hicksville.
The Roosevelt Field Mall, Garden City.
Peninsula Boulevard, Hempstead.
Front Street, East Meadow.
